Tredinnick Botswana launches second tower at iTowers Project

Tredinnick Botswana, the Development Managers for the iTowers Project, launched the second tower of the development.  Unlike the first tower, which consists mainly of commercial space, the second tower will mainly consist of residential units.

The iTowers is a first of its kind development in Botswana. With retail, office and residential space spread across 26 floors, it will be the tallest, multipurpose development in Botswana.

Speaking at the launch, the project spokesperson Charlie Sheldon emphasized that they wanted to share their vision of holistic, harmonious living with the local market.

“We saw a gap in the market which presented an opportunity to offer citizens a glimpse into the true benefits of city life. City life is about simplicity, convenience, productivity and sophistication. We wanted to ensure that we could cater for as many demands as possible, whilst condensing these demands into one development.”

The second tower will have residential units comprising studio, one, two or three bedrooms.  Purchasers will have the option to live and/or work in their units or add them to the rental pool, thereby getting value for their money.  This will allow property novices to begin building their property investment portfolio.  There’s also an option to purchase a fully serviced unit, or to decorate it themselves.

To maximise, Tredinnick has also sought support for the project from local retail banks.  Qualifying buyers will be assisted with their purchase from the beginning to the end of the process.  Sheldon went on to say, “Botswana’s economy is growing fast, and there’s a high demand for living space in urban areas.  But the process of buying property is intimidating, and we want to be there for our clients to make sure they achieve their goals – their success is our success.”

Sales for the second tower will be jointly handled by Appleby’s (PTY) LTD, Tredinnick’s agency division, and Premier Projects (PTY) LTD.  The two will embark on an aggressive sales campaign to make sure they mirror the success of the first tower. Potential buyers will be invited to tour the development site, which includes a mockup of what the final units will look like.  When complete, the two towers will feature shops, restaurants and a gym to fully cater to their clients’ lifestyle needs.
