Stanbic Bank Botswana cements its commitment to servicing Mogoditshane and surrounding areas with the relocation to a bigger and better, branch.
The Mogoditshane “branch in a box” at Plot 6742, Old Choppies Mall, has been relocated to a new branch at Plot 13445, Bodiba Mall, opposite Sir Seretse Khama Barracks in Mogoditshane. The branch is testament to Stanbic Bank’s commitment to enhancing customers’ banking experience in the area.
“We have received an incredible amount of support from our customers in Mogoditshane and surrounding areas since the branch first opened. For this, we are grateful, and even more committed to ensuring greater banking experience for all our customers. It has been our wish to service even those that are outside the vicinity of Mogoditshane, including those with limited resources to help them bank easily; a bigger, more permanent branch infrastructure further enables that. Indeed, we are excited that this growth opens up other opportunities for our community as we move them forward,” said Mr. Calistas Chijoro, Stanbic Bank Head of Customer Channels.
As the local community of Mogoditshane continues to grow, the demand for banking services has, similarly, increased. Residents of Mogoditshane and surrounding areas, including but not limited to Metsimotlhabe, Kopong and Molepolole, will benefit from the newly opened branch. This is part of a continuous effort from the Bank to enhance accessibility of banking services and improve service delivery to Batswana.
“The new Mogoditshane branch is part of our strategic growth plan, through which we are enhancing our impact upon Batswana. In addition to our diverse banking solutions offered at the new branch, Batswana will also have increased access to information on banking and their finances, and are further encouraged to make use of our many electronic banking platforms. This should assist them in becoming more financially sound, and further simplify their day-to-day banking requirements,” said Mr. Chijoro.
Mogoditshane Branch offers the full suite of banking products and services as well a number of self-service channels that offer even greater convenience. These include ATM, Internet banking, mobile banking, and value added services such as prepaid electricity and DStv payment.
