Mr. Mothusi Tladi – Head of e-Distribution for Africa at Stanbic Bank

Stanbic Bank Botswana has announced the appointment of Mr. Mothusi Tladi as Head of e-Distribution for Africa within the Global Markets division, effective immediately.

As Head of e-Distribution for Africa, Mothusi is responsible for electronically delivering products needed to complete the Bank’s value proposition. In addition, he is tasked with delivering trade products which include Money Markets, Eurobonds, Rest of Africa Government bonds, Base Metals and Futures.

In his new role, Mothusi will explore opportunities within the rest of Africa including Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda, just to mention a few. Mothusi is currently based in Botswana to drive and entrench products locally.

With a wealth of academic and vocational experience to his name, Mothusi wields a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, with a minor in Economics, from The George Washington University in the United States. Mothusi has technical training in Corporate and Investment Banking Sales Skills as well as Foreign Exchange Options. He also completed the Management Leadership Program, possesses the ACI Treasury Dealing Certificate and has information technology skills and experience.

Mr Tladi boasts a professional career within the banking sector of ten years, four of which have been with Stanbic Bank Botswana.
