Masa Centre officially opens at the Gaborone CBD

Tuesday evening, 30th October 2012, saw the official opening of Masa Centre in the new CBD, and, with it, the official launch of Lansmore Masa Square.

As an anchor tenant within the Centre, Lansmore Masa Square also served as the venue for the ceremonial opening.

The ceremonial opening was officiated by Guest of Honour, the newly appointed Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources, Kitso  Mokaila. The night brought together a host of dignitaries which included those from government, the diplomatic and the business communities.

The opening served as further confirmation of Lansmore Masa Square’s positioning as the preferred choice for business and leisure tourists, as well as locals looking for anything from a quick bite to a gourmet meal.  Lansmore Masa Square is located in one of the two iconic Masa Square towers, cascading into the piazza of Masa Centre. The evening’s entertainment came in the form of Botswana’s musical sensation, Latin Dance Superstars, as well as live music from Mmaphala.
